Advanced Stone Display Stand Fabrication

Project Milestone: 400KG Load-Tested Stability
Our engineering team successfully validated the 400KG weight limit through rigorous stress testing. The square tube welding assembly ensures that each stone display stand maintains its shape under extreme weight without compromising the integrated front screen mesh.

Our Core Metal Fabrication Process
1. Precision Laser Tube Cutting
Every stone display stand begins with laser tube cutting. This high-precision technology ensures every component is cut to exact specifications, allowing for seamless welding assembly and a perfectly aligned metal structure.

2. High-Strength Welding Assembly
Our certified welders execute the welding assembly using reinforced techniques. This creates a rigid “skeleton” for the stone display stand, capable of handling high-traffic showroom use.

3. Professional Grinding
To ensure a premium finish, we perform meticulous grinding on all joints. We remove burrs and welding slag, creating a smooth surface that is essential for both user safety and high-quality coating.
4. Specialized Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG)
To prevent rust, we apply Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG). Because square tubes are hollow, they pose an explosion risk in the 450℃ zinc bath due to air pressure. Our team drills strategic ventilation holes at tube ends to ensure safe gas discharge and full internal corrosion protection for the stone display stand.
